The after-school children in grades 1 - 4 enjoyed a colorful, culinary carnival celebration. Our "construction trailer" was opened for this year in great sunshine. On this day, we had a Pippi Longstocking, a cowboy, a policeman, a damsel of the castle, a Mickey Mouse and many other great disguises in the after-school care center.
The construction trailer in the after-school care center was colorfully decorated and prepared with various ingredients. The after-school children were allowed to make their own non-alcoholic cocktails for Shrove Tuesday. It wasn't just the cocktails that were a highlight. The children were also impressed by the accompanying ice cube machine. And of course there was good music too!
